Orders over 1lb under $100: $9.00

PROCESSING & DELIVERY:
- Please allow for 5-10 business days for fulfillment on top of shipping times
- Since most of our drops are Preorders unless stated otherwise, please allow 1.5-2.5 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
- Non-preorder items will ship out in 2-6 business days
- Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority. Customers will receive tracking information once their orders are shipped out.
- First Class mail takes 2-5 business days
- Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days
- If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims.
- If the package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for paying for the shipping label to send it back to you.

- ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY. ANY CLAIMS OUTSIDE OF THIS TIMEFRAME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE EMAIL US AND PROVIDE AN ORDER NUMBER AND A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE ISSUE. REFUND REQUESTS ARE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
- Refunds/Returns are allowed if you receive defective product within 15 days of receipt.
- Cancelled orders - We can no longer cancel your order after 48 hours.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If days have gone by since you received your purchase (based on tracking), we can’t offer you store credit, an exchange, or a refund.
