- Standard US Shipping & Handling under $100: $6.00
- Orders over 1lb under $100: $9.00
- Overweight US Shipping under $100: $13
- International Shipping: Rates vary by country (USPS First Class International)

**Processing & Delivery**

- Please allow 5-10 business days for order fulfillment in addition to shipping times.
- Most of our drops are Preorders unless stated otherwise; therefore, please allow 1.5-2.5 weeks for processing and shipping.
- Non-preorder items will ship within 2-6 business days.
- Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority, and customers will receive tracking information once their orders are shipped.
- First Class mail typically takes 2-5 business days, while Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days.
- We are not liable for undelivered or lost claims once tracking indicates delivery.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the shipping label cost for reshipment.

**Order Information & Policy**

- Please include your order number in all inquiries.
- All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. Claims made outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
- To make a claim, please email us with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds/Returns are permitted for defective products within 15 days of receipt.
- Cancelled orders cannot be processed after 48 hours.
- Our policy lasts for 15 days from the date of receipt (based on tracking). After this period, we cannot offer store credit, exchanges, or refunds.
